Unamuno Coliving
Coliving Unamuno está disponible únicamente para grupos de estudiantes que alquilen el piso completo. No se alquilan habitaciones sueltas. Es decir, buscamos grupos de amig@s o compañer@s que quieran compartir el alojamiento entre ellos.
El piso cuenta con tres habitaciones: Vinalopó (350 €/mes), Huerta (280 €/mes) y Cipresillo (280 €/mes). Incluye hasta 50 euros de suministros por habitación mensuales.
Se trata de una opción cómoda para estudiantes que desean vivir juntos en un espacio compartido, bien ubicado y completamente equipado. (Las habitaciones no disponen de llave privada.)

Unamuno Coliving en Elche es una comunidad de coliving para profesionales gestionada por Globexs.
En “Unamuno Coliving Elche by Globexs” damos la bienvenida a profesionales de entre 25 y 65 años, procedentes de contextos muy diversos: emprendedores que inician su negocio, nómadas digitales y trabajadores remotos extranjeros, freelancers con un proyecto temporal e incluso estudiantes de máster y doctorado.
Ofrecemos a nuestros residentes una plataforma que cumple con sus altos estándares de alojamiento. Nuestro objetivo es que se sientan como en casa en Elche, creando un punto de encuentro donde puedan conectar de manera significativa con personas afines.
“Unamuno Coliving Elche by Globexs” trata de acumular experiencias, conocer y descubrir nuevas personas y culturas, pero a tu propio ritmo. Se respeta la privacidad de cada residente y la comunidad no se impone.

Is the Coliving formula something for me?
The Globexs Coliving Communities are top level residences that we like to keep as exclusive as possible. We screen every candidate to make sure that he/she fits in perfectly in the community.
We welcome professionals, aged between 25 and 65, from very diverse backgrounds: Entrepreneurs starting their business in Spain, foreign digital nomads and remote workers, freelancers with a temporary project, and even master’s and PhD students.
We highly respect the privacy of the residents, and the community manager ensures that the house rules are strictly respected. We guarantee a professional and respectful living environment to our residents.
How are the residences managed?
The Globexs Coliving Communities are managed in a very professional way by Globexs with a dedicated community manager.
The Globexs community manager is in charge for all practical arrangements and the implementation of the house rules, and is the main point of contact for the residents.
Residents automatically become a member of the Globexs Community.
The common areas are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning company Nestor, and all residents are given the opportunity to hire professional cleaning for their personal room.

What services are included in the rental price?
The rooms are fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels. Included in the rental price is weekly linen change (bedlinen and towels).
The common areas are cleaned weekly, and the residents can also choose for periodic (daily – weekly) cleaning of their private room (20€ + vat per hour).
The residents have free use of the coworking space and can enjoy free coffee and printing. The use of the coworking space is subject to strict house rules.
Residents have automatic membership to the Globexs Community.
How does the application process work?
The Coliving Communities by Globexs are high-end residency that operates on a fixed application process. The application process can take up to 4 weeks to be approved. Follow the guidelines of your Globexs rental agent.
What paperwork do I need to provide?
Nobody likes paperwork, but it needs to be done. In order to approve your application we need a bunch of information from your side.

- Proof that the person signing the contract is the legal representative of the company
- DNI / passport of each person that is going to stay at the apartment
- Email / phone number of each person that is going to stay at the apartment

What is the minimum and maximum stay?
The minimum stay at our Colivings is 1 month. The maximum stay is 11 months.
