The economic conditions
The monthly price of this room starts at 1150€ (10% vat included). This includes all utilities with a maximum of 60€ (water-gas-electricity).
You also pay an agency fee which gives you membership to the Globexs Community.

- 550€ + 21% vat for a stay between 3-5 months
- 550€ + 21% vat for a stay between 6-11 months
