The Rome Room – Coliving Bernabeu

The Rome Room is the smallest bedroom at the Madrid Coliving. The room is inspired by the city of Rome and the 12m2 offers plenty of space to the resident. There is heating in the room and a fan.

As all rooms at Madrid Coliving, the Rome Room has a TV, desk with chair, comfortable couch, rug, large mirror and plenty of storage space.

The economic conditions

The monthly price of this room starts at 750€ (10% vat included). This includes all utilities with a maximum of 60€ (water-gas-electricity).

You also pay an agency fee which gives you membership to the Globexs Community.

250€ + 21% vat for a stay between 1-2 months
550€ + 21% vat for a stay between 3-5 months
750€ + 21% vat for a stay between 6-11 months

The coworking area with large windows to bring that space enough light for your daily work has a large table with plugs for you to charge your PC or devices and wheelchairs. Complimentary coffee, and printing area, with a printer, paper, and office supplies. The coworking space gives direct access to the balcony – terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and all you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. Next is the laundry area with a washing machine. Of course, you have the vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.

Bathrooms

In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms is reserved for the Globexs staff.
